Before dispatch

You can write Email to Product price can be refundable and payment gateway charges are applicable.


Post dispatch - No refund.


Manufacturing defect.


In case of manufacturing defect, goods will be replaced/refunded.

Products claiming refund must be returned in the same form as it is received. Broken/used/tampered products are not accepted for refund.

All returns must be in unused condition with packaging intact.

Should write the Order id, Registered Mobile number and Email details on a paper and keep it in the parcel.

Customer need to bear the shipping charges in case of return.

Please intimate the quantity of damaged pieces with proof by attaching pictures by email for claiming manufacture defect.

The refund procedure may take minimum 10 working days.
Mode of Refund:
We will refund the money in the same way in which the customer makes the payment, through our Payment Gateway partner.
